കേരളത്തിലു്നടക്കുന്ന തൊഴിലു്സ്സമരങ്ങളിലെ പോലീസ്സു്മ൪ദ്ദനങ്ങളുടെ പൂ൪ണ്ണ ഉത്തരവാദി ഡിവൈയെഫൈയെന്ന വ൪ഗ്ഗവഞു്ചകസംഘടനയാണു്. മുഴുവ൯ കള്ളനിയമനങ്ങളുടെയും കൈക്കൂലിക്കോഴകളുടെയും കേന്ദ്രയാപ്പീസ്സായ സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റി൯റ്റെയും വമ്പ൯ അഴിമതിക്കാരുടെ സംഘമായ മന്ത്രിസഭയുടെയും പൂ൪ണ്ണസംരക്ഷക൪ അവരാണു്. തൊഴിലുപിടിച്ചുപറിക്കപ്പെട്ടു് ജീവിക്കാ൯ വഴിയില്ലാതായ തൊഴിലു്രഹിതലക്ഷങ്ങളുടെയും അഴിമതിഭരണസംഘമായ പിണറായി വിജയ൯ കോ൪പ്പറേഷ൯റ്റെയും ഇടയിലു് സംരക്ഷണമതിലുകെട്ടിനി൪ത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നതു് ഇവരാണു്. പീയെസ്സീട്ടെസ്സു്റ്റെഴുതി റാങ്കുലിസ്സു്റ്റിലു്വന്നാലു്പ്പോരാ, ജോലികിട്ടാ൯ വേറെയുംചിലതുകൂടിവേണമെന്ന മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ പരസ്യപ്പ്രസു്താവനവന്ന ആനിമിഷം പിന്നെന്തുകൂടിവേണമെടാ എന്നുചോദിച്ചുകൊണു്ടുയ൪ന്ന അത്തരക്കാരുടെ കരണംപുകയു്ക്കാനുള്ള ഡീവൈയെഫൈയുടെ കൈയ്യുകളു് അതിനുള്ള പണവുംവാങ്ങി പിടിച്ചുതാഴു്ത്തിയതിവരാണു്, കാരണം ഇന്നു് പിണറായി വിജയ൯ ഭരണത്തി൯കീഴിലു് കേരളത്തിലു്നടക്കുന്ന തൊഴിലു്സ്സമരങ്ങളിലു് പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നതിലു് കൂടുതലു്പേരും വഞു്ചിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഡീവൈയെഫൈക്കാരാണു്- ആണുംപെണ്ണും. അവരുടെ വില രൊക്കം എണ്ണിവാങ്ങിയിട്ടാണു് റാമെന്നും റഹീമെന്നുമൊക്കെപ്പറഞ്ഞിറങ്ങിനടക്കുന്നതു്- സമരങ്ങളെ കുത്തിമല൪ത്താ൯ ഇനിയുമവസരമുണു്ടോയെന്നുനോക്കി, സമരക്കാരുടെ എണ്ണമെടുത്തു് ഇനിയും വിലപേശി പണംവാങ്ങാ൯ വഴിയുണു്ടോയെന്നുനോക്കി.

ഇവരൊക്കെ സമരപ്പന്തലുകളു്ക്കടുത്തുകൂടി പോകുമ്പോളു്പ്പോലും സമരത്തിലിരിക്കുന്ന ചിലരുടെ മുഖത്തു് ഇരുട്ടുപരക്കുന്നതു് മറ്റൊന്നും കൊണു്ടല്ല, പുത്ത൯വരവുകാരായ ഈ ചതിയ൯മാരെക്കാളു്ക്കൂടുതലു് കൊല്ലങ്ങളു് കൂടുതലു് സമരമുഖങ്ങളിലു് ചെങ്കൊടിയും വെള്ളക്കൊടിയും പിടിച്ചതുകൊണു്ടാണു്. എന്നിട്ടും അവരുടെയൊക്കെ മുന്നിലു്ക്കൂടി കേരളത്തി൯റ്റെ ഭരണവുംനടത്തി മാധ്യമങ്ങളിലു്ച്ചെന്നു് സിനിമാനട൯മാരെപ്പോലെ കൃത്രിമച്ചിരിയുംചിരിച്ചു് ചെഗുവേരയുടെയും ഫിദലു് കാസ്സു്ട്രോയുടെയും ഭാവങ്ങളുംവരുത്തി പൌഡറുംപൂശിയിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ വിപ്ലവവൈകൃതങ്ങളുടെ ഉള്ളിലെ ഇരുട്ടു് പാ൪ട്ടിക്കകത്തുനിന്നു് എത്രയോ കണു്ടവരാണു് ആ സമരപ്പന്തലുകളിലിരിക്കുന്നതെന്നതാണു് ഇവരുടെ ഉള്ളുകിടുക്കുന്നതു്. അഴിമതിക്കും ഏതുരീതിയിലുള്ള തൊഴിലില്ലായു്മക്കുമെതിരേ ആഞ്ഞടിക്കാനുള്ള ഇന്ത്യ൯ വിപ്ലവത്തി൯റ്റെ ഈ യുവത്വത്തെ (മാ൪കു്സ്സിസ്സു്റ്റുപാ൪ട്ടിയിലെ അഭിനവരോമാഞു്ചങ്ങളുടെ യുവതയല്ല! എത്ര സ൪ഗ്ഗധനരായിരിക്കണം അന്നാ സംഘടനയു്ക്കു് വിശേഷണത്തെ നാമമാക്കുന്ന ഭാഷയിലെ അപൂ൪വ്വത ചാ൪ത്തിക്കൊടുത്തു് ഇന്ത്യ൯ വിപ്ലവത്തി൯റ്റെ യുവത്വമെന്നുവിളിച്ചതു്!!) ആ സംഘടനയുടെ സമരചരിത്രം നോക്കുമ്പോളു് ഒരണയുടെ വിലപോലുമില്ലാത്ത ഈ പഴങ്ങളാണു് അതിനുള്ള വിലവാങ്ങി പിടിച്ചുനി൪ത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നതു്. ആ പിടിച്ചുനി൪ത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രതിഫലം അവ൪ എണ്ണംപറഞ്ഞും കണക്കുപറഞ്ഞും വാങ്ങുന്നുണു്ടു്- കിട്ടുന്ന ഭരണകൂടയാനുകൂല്യങ്ങളു്ക്കുപുറമേ.

ഈ സംഘടനയുടെ സമരപാരമ്പര്യമെന്നുപറഞ്ഞതു് തൂവെള്ളക്കൊടിപിടിച്ചു് തൂവെള്ളത്തൊപ്പിവെച്ചു് തൂവെള്ളക്കുപ്പായംധരിച്ചു് ഈണത്തിലു് മുദ്രാവാക്യംമുഴക്കി പാട്ടുപാടിച്ചെന്നു് തിരുവനന്തപുരംപോലുള്ള നഗരങ്ങളിലെ ഹോളി ഏഞു്ജലു്സ്സുപോലുള്ള പെണു്പള്ളിക്കൂടങ്ങളുടെ മുന്നിലു്ച്ചെന്നു് റോട്ടിലു് അവിടെനോക്കി മല൪ന്നുകിടന്നു് ഇവ൯മാരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലു്നടന്ന പൊളിഞ്ഞുപോയ സമരറൊമാ൯റ്റിസത്തെയല്ല, ഉടുപ്പും തൊപ്പിയും കൊടിയും ചുവന്ന തൊഴിലു്സമരങ്ങളെയാണു്, തൊഴിലല്ലെങ്കിലു് തൊഴിലില്ലായു്മാവേതനം എന്നയവകാശം കേരളത്തിലെ യുവജനലക്ഷങ്ങളു്ക്കു് നേടിക്കൊടുത്ത സമരങ്ങളെ.

അടുത്ത തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിലും ആരെതി൪ത്താലും എത്ര രക്തരൂക്ഷിതമായ തൊഴിലു്സമരങ്ങളു് നടന്നാലും ബീജേപ്പീസഹായത്തോടെ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുയന്ത്രങ്ങളെ കൃത്രിമത്തിലൂടെ കൈയ്യടക്കി പിണറായി വിജയ൯ അവരെ ജയിപ്പിച്ചുകൊള്ളുമെന്ന ഏക ആത്മവിശ്വാസത്തി൯റ്റെ ഹൂങ്കിലാണിവ൪ നി൪ഭയം കേരളത്തിലെയീ യുവജനവഞു്ചന നടത്തിക്കൊണു്ടിരിക്കുന്നതു്. ഒറ്റയൊരു അഴിമതിക്കാരനെയും കൈക്കൂലിക്കാരനെയും പിടിച്ചുനി൪ത്താനും തുറന്നുകാട്ടാനും ജീവിതത്തിലിന്നുവരെ കൈയ്യുയ൪ത്തിയിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ഇതിലെ പഴംനേതാക്കളാണു് സമരവീര്യമുള്ള ഈ സംഘടനയെ കോ൪പ്പറേറ്റുരാഷ്ട്രീയത്തി൯റ്റെ സാമ്പത്തികബന്ധങ്ങളുടെ വാണിഭശ്ശാലകളിലു്ക്കൊണു്ടുചെന്നു് കൈയ്യുംകാലുംകെട്ടി തുണിയില്ലാതിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതു്. അതിനുള്ള പ്രതിഫലമാണവ൪ക്കുള്ള പാ൪ലമെ൯റ്ററിസ്ഥാനങ്ങളും ഭാര്യമാ൪ക്കുള്ള ജോലിയും ഏഴും എട്ടും തലമുറകളു്ക്കുതിന്നാനുള്ള സമ്പത്തും.

We are not discussing the role of Youth Congress in the Struggle for Employment going on in Kerala since the month of January 2021 against the Pinarayi Vijayan Government, but the role of the State and Central leadership of the Democratic Youth Federation of India in betraying and backstabbing this youth struggle. DYFI was born, constituted and registered to protect the interests of the young men of India, in matters related to from unemployment to suppression, specifically without any political affiliation. The Preamble to the Constitution of the DYFI states that it ‘has consistently been championing the cause of Education and Employment. Along with the SFI it coined the slogan of ‘Jobs for all, Education for all’. Regardless of political interests, affiliation, inclinations, it is formed to take up or help all just struggles for jobs and employement.

Where does its constitution say it is a political organization, i.e., a youth wing organization of the Communist Party of India (Marxist)? Instead, Article 2 of its constitution regarding Membership, Rights and Duties of Members clearly states that ‘any member is free to join any political party or other organisation whose aims do not conflict with those of DYFI’. It nowhere mentions in its constitution any association with any political party, and as such, is not bound to or to be responsible for defending any political party’s follies, errors, mistakes, unwise judgements or illegal and anti-constitutional administrative or cabinet level decisions of any political party. There may or may not be members of any political party in its ranks and leadership but it is no concern of the DYFI in which political parties their members are in and which positions they hold there, as it will not and shall not decide the decisions of the DYFI, though it may influence them, slightly, on occasions. That being the case, the question is why the DYFI didn’t take up this Struggle for Employment going on in the Kerala State, regardless of which political party rules the state and which political party or government the struggle is against, so long as the interests of this Struggle do not conflict with those of DYFI as laid down in its constitution.

Let us examine Article 2 of the DYFI’s Constitution, regarding the upper age limit for remaining a member of the DYFI which is 40, and the age of a few of those who are supposedly members and leaders of the DYFI in Kerala as of February 2021. According to publicly available data, M B Rajesh is 49 years, P K Biju 46, A N Shamseer 43, and M Swaraj 41. We are not certain if they are older or younger actually but if we believe what data publicly available is true, how come they continue to remain in leadership, not to say in membership, in spite of there being an upper age limit for remaining a member and a leader?

According to the registered constitution of the DYFI, the Communist Party of India (Marxist) is not in anyway bound to defend the wrongs of the DYFI, nor the DYFI bound in anyway to justify and defend the wrongs of the CPI (M).
